Avilon concluded his Broadway run of The Wiz early to join the first national tour of MJ the Musical, where he had the honor of portraying Jermaine Jackson. The tour was an unforgettable experience that challenged him as a vocalist, strengthening his stamina, discipline, and artistry. His work in MJ also led to the opportunity to perform on NBC’s A Motown Christmas.
